Holiday Update: Our current holiday shipping turnaround is 5-10 days. Guaranteed Christmas delivery ends on 12/17.

Please allow 1-3 business days for most orders to be shipped. Once shipped expect to receive your package between 1-4 days depending on your location.

For products in Solid Gold, please allow 1-2 weeks for purchases to be shipped. All Solid Gold pieces are made to order. Free Express 1-2 Day shipping comes with all solid gold orders. All Solid Gold shipments come with signature requirements for package drop offs. 

We accept returns for MOST purchases within 14 days of first receiving your order. If your jewelry is too big/small or does not suit your needs anymore, we will accept it within this time frame. After the product is returned we will process your full refund. Product must be in a new or like-new condition. Some purchases are not eligible for refunds, such as custom orders or orders in solid gold.
