Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is placed, we typically ship within 2–4 business days, though please allow up to 7 business days during our busy seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc..)
Some items—like pieces with moveable functions or those made in solid gold—will take longer to ship. If so, the extended time will be clearly noted in the product’s “Shipping & Returns” section.
Once shipped:
- Usually arrives in 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Faster delivery options are available at checkout.
- International orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days, though customs delays may occasionally occur.
Yes — we currently ship to select countries and U.S. territories:
Countries:
Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Marshall Islands, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea.
U.S. Territories:
Puerto Rico, Saint Pierre & Miquelon, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
If your country or region isn’t listed, feel free to contact us to see if we can make an exception or provide guidance.
Most orders do not require a signature at delivery. However, for security reasons, we may add a signature requirement in certain cases.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Orders $300 and over.
- Orders containing solid gold pieces.
- Orders that include our “Spin Reel” pendants.
Products that require signatures for delivery with have it stated in their product description. As an extra reminder, your shipment confirmation email will also contain a note if your order requires a signature.

Yes — you’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
